Single Girder Overhead Crane Project in Senegal

In 2015, we have finished the single girder overhead crane and delivery it to our Senegal customer, it is well running and has no after-sales problems. But we have been always kept in touch with each other and build a deep friendship.

Let me simply introduce my Senegal customer firstly. We have met each other on the Festival Spring Festival in 2015.

After confirmed the detailed requirements, we sure we can supply the best single girder overhead crane for his factory. It was very thankful for my customer’s trust and support we have close an deal on the Canton Fair, and 500 dollars deposit has been received on the Fair too.

As there are no after-sales problems, he is very satisfied with the crane. Recently, he have several inquiries from his clients, so he all recommend us to quote to the customers.

On 3^rd Jan 2018, my Senegal customer sent me an email:

Every time, we will send the price quotation as soon as we receive the inquiry message from the customer. After received our quotation, my customer has some questions and sent to us:

“Dear LATTY,
We have now ready for order.
But before, we want to change the current collector by the type below.
The customer don’t know you model.”

Then we quote our customer with his requirement and he replied my soon:
“Dear LATTY,
All is now ok.
I send you the amount as soon as possible.”

With your proforma, I ask a department to inform the custom and then I can do the transfer.

Finally confirmed the order, my customer makes the total amount payment to us and thanks again for my customer’s trust!
