Reasons and solutions for the drop in suction of electromagnetic chuck of electromagnetic bridge crane without suction

Electromagnetic bridge crane is a kind of bridge crane commonly used in steel workshops. It is used to lift steel and iron products. If the electromagnetic chuck takes a long time, the suction power may decrease or there may be no suction. The editor will introduce the reasons and solutions for the reduced suction power of the electromagnetic chuck and no suction power.

1. The suction power of the electromagnetic chuck decreases. The reasons that cause the suction power of the electromagnetic chuck to decrease are:
1) The panel is rough. Solution: self-grinding electromagnetic chuck table.
2) The input voltage of the electromagnetic chuck drops. Detection method: Use a multimeter to detect the output voltage between pins 1 and 2 of the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer; when there is a load, the voltage is DC110V, and when there is no load it is DC127V.
The method of adjusting the output voltage of the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer: rotate the component labeled 202 clockwise to increase the output voltage; rotate the component labeled 202 counterclockwise to increase the output voltage;

2. Part of the electromagnetic chuck (occupies at least 1/5 of the chuck table surface, and is a long strip area) without suction. Reason: Part of the excitation coil is damaged. It needs to be sent to the electromagnetic chuck manufacturer for repair.

3. All electromagnetic chucks have no suction. Check sequence:
1) Check whether the input voltage of the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer (voltage between pins 3 and 4) is normal, and the allowable fluctuation range is: 180V-250V. Abnormality is a fault of other electrical appliances or power supply of the machine tool.
2) Check whether the output voltage of the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer (voltage between pins 1 and 2) is normal, and the allowable fluctuation range is: 90V-127V. If the output voltage of the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer is 0, the electromagnetic chuck switch on the machine control panel, the connection line between the switch and the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer, or the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer is damaged. Check the electromagnetic chuck switch, switch and electromagnetic chuck magnetizing and demagnetizing device on the machine control panel in turn to determine whether the electromagnetic chuck magnetizing and demagnetizing device is damaged. If the electromagnetic chuck switch or the connecting wire between the switch and the electromagnetic chuck magnetizing and demagnetizing device is damaged, replace the switch. Or connecting wire; if it is not, the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer is damaged, and it needs to be sent to the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer manufacturer for repair.
3) If the output voltage of the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer is normal and the electromagnetic chuck has no attraction, check in the following order: Remove the electromagnetic chuck power cord from the 1 and 2 feet of the electromagnetic chuck magnetizer and demagnetizer to detect the resistance between the two wires. The resistance of the x11 1200*1100 electromagnetic chuck is between 20-50 ohms. If it exceeds this range, disassemble the electromagnetic chuck junction box to further check the resistance between the yellow wire and the black wire in the junction box. If the resistance between the yellow wire and the black wire in the junction box is within the above range, it belongs to the electromagnetic chuck power line. If it fails, replace the power cord of the electromagnetic chuck; if the resistance between the yellow wire and the black wire in the junction box is not within the above range, it is an electromagnetic chuck failure and needs to be sent to the electromagnetic chuck manufacturer for repair.
